Building Rental
To rent a building, please call the Southern Iowa Fair office at 641-673-7004. A rental agreement must be completed and can be obtained at the office or, if requested, one can be mailed. A down payment of ½ the total cost is required to hold a building. There is no refund with 60 days of an event. All buildings are available April 1st – October 23.

- $30.00 per day to set up day in advance
- A security deposit of $500.00 is required to cover any potential cleanup costs, damages to tables, chairs, or the building, and the return of the key. The deposit will be held until two weeks after the event to allow for a thorough inspection of the premises and verification of key return. If no damages or issues are found, the deposit check will be securely shredded. If any damages or issues are identified, the deposit may be used to cover the costs of repairs or replacements.

We have 110 tables and 550 chairs, and 30 round tables that seat 8-10 people each. To use them on grounds it is $4.00 per table and $.35 per chair.
Platform Stage
For rent to use in the Varied Industry Or Exhibit Hall Building. It's mostly used for weddings to put the wedding party tables on. $75 per event. Approx 8ft x 20ft.
